Paying over timeCherry — soft credit check only, buy now pay later, quick pre-qualification with no hard inquiry. QR code is in the clinic. CareCredit — a medical credit card, hard credit check, better for larger treatment plans.
Offer this after any quote over about $1,000. Never quote an interest rate or promise approval — send them to the QR code or carecredit.com.

Telemedicine statesWeight-loss programs are available by telemedicine in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana and Arizona. Medication and supplies ship to the home, shipping included, no pharmacy visit.
Anyone outside those five states cannot be enrolled. Check the state before booking a virtual consult.
Compounded medication disclosureWhen prescribed, medications come from licensed U.S. 503A or 503B pharmacies. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved.
Programs are non-refundable once medication has been dispensed. Say that before payment, not after. If a patient is found medically ineligible at evaluation, unused program fees are refunded, excluding the consult fee.
BHRT hard exclusionsHormone therapy is not offered to anyone with a personal history of any cancer, a known BRCA1 or BRCA2 mutation, a hormone-sensitive malignancy past or present, or active or untreated cancer.
These are non-negotiable and enforced without exception. If a caller mentions any of them, don't book — route it to the provider. We also don't offer pellet therapy, and insurance isn't accepted for BHRT.
Two different consultation fees$50 for the weight-loss consult. $175 for hormone optimization. Both credit toward the program if the patient proceeds. Neither is the standard $50 appointment deposit.
Emergency escalation after fillerBlanching, skin going white or dusky, severe or one-sided pain, or any vision change.
Call the provider immediately. Do not triage it at the desk, do not tell the client to wait and see.
